It's a bittersweet time when you're selling an estate or downsizing. Every book, piece of furniture, and picture on the wall has a story.
So when it's time to move on, and managing it all feels too heavy—we're here to bring calm and order. That's why we started this business in 2004.
Those beloved household items? We beautifully display them in our home store so they can be handpicked by someone who will cherish them.
It's an honor to be a part of your home story—whether you're closing a chapter on a home or giving new life to a previously loved item from our store.
Yes, we help get your home emptied, staged, and ready to sell...but it's more than that.
We can be your listing agent (and help you find your next home, too!) Our team includes Tracy Molendi, an experienced REALTOR®. If you already have an agent, we are happy to return the listing to them once our services are complete.

Tracy has added huge value for my seller clients on many levels, from organizing to creating value for higher sale prices.
S: Picking something to go high-end with: art, lamps, etc. Mix those in with low-budget items.
T: Same thought! Put money into 1 or 2 items that are more expensive. Everything else is leveled up because of that one item, and it just works. Everything looks more high-end.
What's your go-to solution for adding a touch of class to a room on a budget?
T: All of them! Design is personal, and you need to go with what you love. I’ll guide and make sure it works together and looks good, but rules don’t have to be followed when it comes to design.
What's one interior design rule you love to break?
T: The big book. We had a big dictionary from 1914. 8500 pages! The news did a segment on it.
S: We had 10 authentic African ceremonial masks (a collection) from an estate.
What was the most memorable item you’ve ever had in your store?
