It's a bittersweet time when you're selling an estate or downsizing. Every book, piece of furniture, and picture on the wall has a story.

So when it's time to move on, and managing it all feels too heavy, we're here to bring calm and order. That's why we started this business in 2004.

Those beloved household items? We beautifully display them in our home store so they can be handpicked by someone who will cherish them.

It's an honor to be a part of your home story—whether you're closing a chapter on a home or giving new life to a previously loved item from our store.

Yes, we help get your home emptied, staged, and ready to sell...but it's more than that.

We see homes filled with memories and treasures.

others see houses filled with stuff.

Increase your chances of strong offers with our expert home staging. For a seamless sale, Tracy Molendi, an experienced REALTOR®, can list your home. If you already have an agent, we are happy to return the listing to them once our services are complete.

Meet the Owners

I’ve worked closely with the SOS team for some time now. What an incredible group! Very personable, friendly, and amazing at what they do.

T: I love to use things differently in different spaces. Pull all your décor out, give the house a good clean, rearrange your furniture, and then put accessories and art in different spaces or group them differently.

S: Paint. Changing the wall color has a huge impact on the overall space and how you feel about everything else in the room. I do this in my home as well, and it’s like a brand-new house every time.

Share a quick tip for homeowners looking to refresh their living space without a complete overhaul.

T: The big book. We had a big dictionary from 1914. 8500 pages! The news did a segment on it.

S:
We had 10 authentic African ceremonial masks (a collection) from an estate.

What was the most memorable item you’ve ever had in your store?
