When I hire you as my selling agent, is staging included for free?
Absolutely! That's one of the perks of listing your home with Tracy Molendi.
When should I stage my house?
Staging should happen before your professional listing photos are taken. That ensures your home is "staged" online for as long as it's listed!
For the best in-person impression, we recommend having your home staged before it's listed (it will really come in handy if you have an open house planned!).
Do you use items from your store/estate sale items) for staging?
No, our staging warehouse is stocked with new furnishings and decor and is completely separate from our home store.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Washington, IL and we offer staging services in the greater Peoria, IL area.
How much does staging cost?
Our pricing is based on the number of rooms and the price point of the home. Contact us for a free estimate!
How long can my property be staged?
Your property can be staged for any duration. The initial package includes one month of rental; subsequent months are charged at 30% of the initial cost.
Can I choose what goes into my property?
No, inventory selection is at our discretion. Our certified stagers expertly select items appropriate for each property.
Can you stage my house if I'm still living in it?
Yes, we offer Occupied Staging. In this case, we'll utilize some of your items alongside additional items rented from our warehouse like art, decor, or furniture. We may suggest moving some furniture offsite (or to your garage) to allow room for the hand-selected items we bring in.
